Borrowing Procedure
Step -1. Choose a film and click on this CALENDAR SCHEDULE to see if the film is available. If there are any showings for the film within 10 days of your showing date, click on each one and read the descriptions of when the film is going out and coming back. Step 2. Send a request by email
or mail, with a completed copy of the Film Lending Agreement. Borrowing is limited to Quaker Meetings in New York Yearly Meeting and their members. (Click HERE for a copy) Step 3. We'll reply to discuss any questions and arrangements, if needed, and approve the loan. Step 4. We'll mail the film to you. Step 5. You mail the film back in the stamped, self-addressed, envelope we provide, with your reimbursement of $10 per mailing.
