The Workshop of Mediterranean International Studies (TEIM) is a research group on Social Sciences related to the Department of Arab and Islamic Studies at Autónoma University in Madrid. The two main activities of TEIM are teaching and research.
Teaching activity takes place within the Master in Contemporary Arab and Islamic Studies. The research activity main focus is the Middle East, North Africa, and Islam and Muslims in Spain. The TEIM is formed by researchers from several social sciences backgrounds and from different universities and institutes and tries to direct research towards social intervention and cooperation.
