- Bubbl.us - Another free on-line mind map maker, again which one you choose comes down to personal taste.

- Mind Meister - You can sign up for a free basic account which lets you create and store 5 mind maps. A video of Mind Meister being used is here.
Mind Mapping Software (needs to be downloaded & installed)- Freemind - Open source software that you must download and install onto each machine you wish to use it on. Alternatively you can install it onto a USB pen and use it anywhere.

- XMind - Another piece of open source mind mapping software. This is very similar to Freemind and so it's just down to personal taste as to which one you should use.
