Presently this new page has a link to http://www.plagium.com, a free online service that teachers can use to see if students are trying to pass off other peoples work (that's available online) as their own.

Added to the PDF Tools page:
  • PDFTK Builder

    Free Downloadable software that you can use to extract pages from a PDF, collate them and save the result as a new PDF file.
