Parent or Legal Guardian's Assent
If the participant is under eighteen years of age, the form 2 must be completed by the participant’s parent or legal guardian. The Appointed Person accompanying the competitor should present this form at Event Registration. Download Form n° 2
Medical Treatment Permission

Coach Boat Registration / Request form
A limited number of coach boats is available for charter on request to the local organiser. Coach boats must be reserved by 21 March 2010. Requests will have to be sent (fill form n° 5) to the event organizer LEGA NAVALE DI CIVITAVECCHIA, by fax, at the number +39 076620374 / +39 0766679870 or by e-mail,at the address info@techno293.it .
The LOA will confirm by return that there is a coach boat set aside for you and confirm costs and payment instructions. Download FORM n° 5
Space for Camper and Vans
Limited space for camper & vans is available on site . Spaces must be reserved by 21 March 2010. Transfer services
Transfer service from Roma Fiumicino or Roma Ciampino to sailing club and vice versa is provided by the organizers at the following agreeded fares:

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TRANSFER SERVICE
- Transfer service must be absolutely booked within March 21st 2010.
- Transfer service IS NOT PROVIDED FOR BOARD TRANSPORTATION ONLY, without any passenger. It's only possible to transport up to TWO boards for each person.
- Fare payment must be done CASH at the end of each transfer.
- Departure time from Civitavecchia to Rome airports may be anticipated to prevent delays caused by traffic. Transfer will last approximatively 60 minutes
- The organizers are not responsible for delays owing to circumstances beyond one's control.
