What is iGoogle?

Google offers a great way to create a personalized start page (iGoogle) that provides access to your information from Google and other sites. On this self-customized page, you can choose and change the organization of:

your Gmail
Your Google docs, calendar, or other Google apps
Stock quotes
News headlines from Google News or other news sources
Weather forecasts
Videos
Bookmarks for quick access to your favorite sites from any computer (if you have ever lost bookmarks before, this is a great resource)
Many other sections and content you can choose from...

Setting up iGoogle

How to Add Stuff to your page

Each of the sections are called "Gadgets."
Add Gadgets by clicking "Add Stuff."
Sometimes it is better to have only a few items on your iGoogle page. You can create tabs by clicking on the down arrow next to home on the left hand side and "Add a tab."
Create a tab for: Fun, Work, Family, etc.
