However we'd like to remind our customers that backing up important information / family photos is the only way to prevent data lose in the event of a major computer fault. Backing data is a service that we can provide at negotiable rates, depending on the amount of data and your selection of back up medium. We Follow DPA laws.
Virus Protection & Removal
We recommend and installs AVG or Avast Free edition to our clients free of charge with automatic updates feature enabled. In the event of a major virus fault, we will reformat the entire harddrive and reinstall operating system to completely get rid of the virus, please have a copy of the operating system product code, Operating Systems CD (e.g. Windows XP, Vista, windows 7), and any Drivers CD ready at hand for faster service.
