Who can join TAC?
Home owners in Tecalai/Yori, Villas Las Flores, and Condominios Conquistador are eligible for membership in TAC.
What if I am just a short-term renter in the park?
Short-term renters may join as Seasonal Members. Membership dues for seasonal members are $125 for the season.
How much does it cost to join as a regular member?
Members pay a one-time Membership fee of $250. Annual dues are applied each year
What does membership give me?
Members may use the pool and pool area, attend bar nights, and participate in all dinner events and other social activities. It provides a great way to meet people, have fun, and learn about living in this part of Mexico.
Can I rent the Clubhouse for a private party?
