posted Nov 3, 2010 7:18 PM by Dan Toborowski

Sorry for the lack of any recent updates but I've finally managed to add pictures of the V2.0 upgraded Marble Maze and pictures from the 2010 iHobby Expo I brought the new maze to. I'm hoping to add a full build report on the maze upgrade shortly but definitely plan to get a video uploaded this coming weekend.

I've added a new page that documents my experimentation with MicroRAX, a new miniature version of t-slot extruded aluminum. I plan to use these parts in most of my projects and will add pictures and information to the MicroRAX page on my site to show some of the neat things that MicroRAX makes possible.

This past weekend I attended the iHobby Expo in Rosemont, IL and brought along several robots including the Marble Maze. This event was a blast and I look forward to next year's expo! I'll be updating the Marble Maze page soon to reflect the latest updates and video to show the maze's complete operation as seen at the show. For now check out the page I created for the iHobby Expo which features several pictures from the event.

I've created a new page to document the construction of my latest project; an electronic 2-axis marble maze platform. While this project is still under construction, I've put together several pictures and information about my current progress which can be found here.

posted May 17, 2009 8:49 AM by Dan Toborowski

I recently finished building an RFID door opener for my apartment. For a detailed description of the design, components, operation, and code, visit the project report web page. This is the first to be added to my new "Other Projects" section of the the Team tOBOR website. Check back for more non-robotic combat projects I'm working on.

(5/3/09) Welcome to the new home of Team tOBOR!

Several years ago I created a website for Team tOBOR using Freewebs. Due to various limitations I needed to find another free way of hosting my content. I tried Google sites for another project and was pleased with the options available so decided to migrate the site to here. Due to college consuming all of my free time and money for the past 4 years, I haven't updated the old site in a long time. Now that I'm able to get back to hobby robotics, I wanted to create this site to host information about my new projects.

I managed to migrate all of the build reports and event reports from the old site to the Google site today. I also added an event report for the recent Bot Brawl event on March 7th, 2009.

Check back here for periodic updates. Have a look around. I hope you enjoy the new site!
