With over 25 Years experience in martial arts John has gained a lot of knowledge in various martial arts and has been been teaching in the Midlothian and Edinburgh area for 15 years. John has trained in Karate, Kung Fu, Kickboxing and Self Defence holding Black Belt grades in both kung fu and kickboxing, John is 7 times Scottish Champion in continuous and points kickboxing and is the current vetran's mens +85kg points Champion. and has competed both nationaly and internationaly he is a current member of the WKA Scotland Team, and is also a fully qualified referee at national and international level at semi contact and continuous and a regular judge on WKA full Contact shows. john also coaches the highly successful Raptors semi contact team . and is a fully qualified sports coach.
