It's official Team Eva hits the road. It's time for the Seattle to Portland bike ride!! AKA the STP  I ( Louise the one in the photo above - not at my best at some disgusting hour of the morning) decided that 2009 was THE year for the STP. So couch potato here is making it official so there is no backing out. Here are the facts I weigh in at around 170lbs I am 5ft 2" my nintendo wii fit says I am obese I am not a great fan of exercise Hate riding my bike love food - bacon, choc, nerds ( grape) and potstickers glued to pc however there is hope......................... I do like to swim Like spinning class I belong to 24 hour fitness - fancy new club too have wii fit Start date is Saturday 13th September ( yesterday was Eva's Anniversary I thought a lot about her) |
