To make the most of Google Sites, teachers may want to consider the following tips in their site creation. - The "Recent site activity" sidebar item may be distracting. To remove it, click "Edit sidebar" and then "Delete" on the appropriate link.
 - Not all pages are added to the Sidebar navigation. To add/remove a page, you will need to edit the sidebar.
- Be sure to adjust the Page Settings for each of your pages. By doing so, you can control whether or not pages have attached documents and/or a place for viewers to comment. After saving a page, click "More Actions" and then "Page Settings".
 - Explore the "Site settings" section of Google Sites to adjust sharing, appearance, and other settings. The link to "Site settings" can be found at the top of every page, next to your Gmail address.
- If you want to create Sub-pages, you must select the option at the time the page's creation. This can not be changed later.
