Top male and female juniors were invited to participate in the Canada Winter Games tryouts.
There will be three tryouts for 3 top male and 3 top female juniors to surface to represent Alberta to compete in 2011 Canada Winter Games.

Tryout #1
Tryout #1 was held at the Edmonton Chinatown Multi-cultural Centre on June 26th, 2010, sanctioned by ATTA and CTTA.
The boys played in a single round robin group, while the girls played in their own round robin group.
CHONG, Calvin came in first on the boys side, and there was a three-way tie for 2nd to 4th.
GUO, Edward was second, LI, Donny third and CHEN, Derek fourth after tie-breaking rules were applied.
PAO, Roxana came in first on the girls side, with YAO, Jasmine 2nd and ZHANG, Yubo 3rd.

Tryout #2 was held at the People's Tables Tennis Club on September 26th, 2010, sanctioned by ATTA and CTTA.
The boys played in a single round robin group, while the girls played in their own round robin group.
CHONG, Calvin came in first on the boys side, with LI, Donny second and CHANG, Jack third after tie-breaking rules applied between a three-way tie from 3rd to 5th.
There was a tie for 1st place with ZHANG, Yubo and PAO, Roxana. Yubo claimed 1st on the strength of her win over Roxana, and YAO, Jasmine third.
