Email us the details.  We will check over the paper match slips to resolve the issue.

How do I report a concern or issue with my CTTA rating?

Rating calculation follows a process set up by CTTA.  The description of the process can be found on the http://ctta.ca/php/view.php?act=Ratings and click the Why have my ratings changed? How are they calculated? item.

Please examine your rating as soon as it is posted and submit any concerns/errors within 25 days of the posting.

CTTA's update of the ratings occurs monthly at the beginning of each month.
