tcubeonline is the central control for accessing table tennis tournaments managed by Table Tennis Tournament system (flagship product of Ahead Computing) .  Site maintained by Carton Lao.

This site is for ping pong enthusiasts like yourself.  Here you can online do your registration on the tournaments managed by the TTT system.  

Please review this Online User Guide to get yourself familiarize with the process.

Be sure to check out current news.

The latest being a major upgrade of the online registration system, and for more details, check out the current news.  Here's a summary:

  1. All major browsers are supported; Firefox, Chrome, and IE9.
  2. View archived tournament results directly.
  3. Every player's registration entry is protected by a password.
  4. Submission is allowed only if an input string matches the string image displayed by the system.
Please help us in debugging the new features by extensively using the online registration system.

Verification required for online registration

Some of you might have received an email about your un-verified registration.  Here is an explanation.

Every time you use online registration to register a player or change a player's entries, you MUST verify that particular registration by entering the passcode sent in an email to the email address used for registration.  Otherwise, that particular registration will be voided after the online registration deadline.  If that is the only registration for the player, the player will effectively be canceled.  If that is a change in registration for the player, the player's entries will be reverted to the last verified registration.

Hope this is not too confusing.

So long as for each registration attempt, be it a first time registration or change of registration, you verify the registration as soon as you can, you will be fine.

For Un-rated players:


You can also use Online Registration to register.

However, you have to estimate your ability or get the organizers to evaluate your rating.  The rating will be entered during online registration to set up proper eligibility checks. 

Your registration will first be verified by the organizers, before it becomes official.  In the meantime, your registration is not in the system and you cannot review your registration.

You cannot register a doubles event with another un-rated player.

Here are some problems that you may encounter:

  • The online registration site is down.
    Please revisit at a later time.
  • You cannot register because you are not in the system.
    Contact one of the organizers of the tournament and submit your personal details.  You will be given a temporary rating and an account to be able to do online registration.
