We used vegetables and apples to make a healthy mock taco! Ingredients 1 head of lettuce I cucumber 1 bag of baby carrots 1 stalk of celery 3 apples 1 bottle of low fat Caesar dressing (not creamy) Directions
~Hints and Tips~ (From: Li-Li) - Use the lite Ceasar instead of the creamy ones, the taste is almost the same and the kids still seem to like it - The kids really liked the baby carrots, which means that you may need more than how much we have listed - If some of the leaves are TOO big just break them in half horizontally - this snack usually has a lot of things that could fall off on the sides (just like a real taco :D) so just gently remind kids to pick up after themselves |

1. I liked it, but the part i didn't like is the apples because it's called a veggie wrap and apples are not veggies! I really loved the cucumbers! I REALLLLLLY love cucumber!
2. It reminds of the, it I went to the zoo, and there was a bunch of berries and leaves it would look just like that.
3. (she could recall how to make it... vaguely) I would make it at home, but I wouldn't add the apples. I would just do it myself.
