Trail Mix

Trail mix is a fun and healthy snack that is quick to make

Ingredients
2 packages of pretzels
1 package of dried banana pieces
2 packages of almonds
1 box of raisins 

Directions
  1. Pour the pretzels and banana pieces into a cup
  2. Then pour the almonds and raisins over the top
  3. Shake to mix
  4. Enjoy :)

- almonds are one of the healthiest nuts, but if your kids don't like it try maybe using walnuts or cashews instead
- you can also try adding pumpkin or sun flower seeds
- try to stay away from adding unhealthy ingredients like m&m,other chocolates, or overly salty nuts/ seeds
