We used whole wheat bread, fruit and yogurt to remake crepes :)
Ingredients
1 Loaf of whole wheat bread
2 lbs of strawberries
4 Mangos
6 Kiwis
Granola 2 Blueberry yogurts

~Hint and Tips~ (from Emily) - Have the kids put their own toppings on their crepe and wrap them so they can be involved - Make sure you cut the fruits small enough so they fit in the bread wrap (from Li-Li) - Make sure the fruits you choose to put in (should you not like the ones in the ingredients) are not too juicy because they will make the bread will be soggy - If you have time after teaching them this way of wrapping the snack, ask them to try making their own. 1. I liked them. I just did not like the cereal stuff (granola). My favorite fruit in it was the mangos

3. [was able to recall how to make them] I would try to make it. I think my mom would be proud if I made healthy snacks for lunch or something. I think if I ask my mom, I might be able to find time to make it for my cousins when they come over.
