T'CHERs is a non-profit organization that relies on volunteers to keep moving forward.  We encourage you to be an active part of where we are now and of where we are heading.   If we all put in even a little bit of our time, talent, and energy, we can accomplish great things together.

Please take a few minutes to read over our committee policies below and target those areas where you can support T'CHERs.   Then contact us and let us know the committee(s) you are interested in.   The policies are detailed so that you can be specific as to just what you are willing or able to contribute - every extra hand helps tremendously and is greatly appreciated - and we don't want anyone to take on more than they can comfortably handle.

If you do not feel that you are ready to join a committee at this point, please support what the committees are doing.  This includes, but in no way is limited to:

-participating in the Fundraising Committee's BoxTops for Education coupon and Good Search programs -contributing articles, news, your family bio., etc. to our Newsletter Committee
-participating on the message forums, which are moderated by our Web Site Committee
-attending T'CHERs activites
-offering to lead or set up an activity at the T'CHERs Family Camp
-telling others about T'CHERs

In other words, contributing, attending, participating, and promoting are all things you can do to get your feet wet in the organization and that will serve to encourage our committee volunteers, as well as to nurture you in return.
