This year the sisters are participating in the largest philanthropy on campus! On February 18th, 2012 sisters of Gamma Kappa as well as brothers from Delta Omicron and members of the UCMB will be participating in HuskyTHON. HuskyTHON is an 18 hour dance marathon for the Connecticut's Children Medical Center. Last year HuskyTHON was the the third highest fundraiser for the Children's Hospital by raising $188,558! This year the UCONN Marching Band has made their own team for the event, we will have dancers dancing the whole night as well as a pep band playing to kick off the night!
