Current Research Interests
Bioorganic and Nucleic Acids Chemistry: Structure-activity relationships of genomic and telomere DNA photoproducts, photocaged DNA, nucleic acid templated reactions, nucleic acid triggered drug release, optical and PET gene expression imaging agents, breast cancer imaging and chemotherapy, siRNA, polyamides, natural products inhibiting or activating heat shock proteins (HSP70, HSP27).
