1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 large eggs 1 large, ripe banana, peeled and mashed 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup walnuts, chopped Preheat oven to 325°F. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, mashed banana, vegetable oil, milk, honey, and vanilla. Fold in the flour mixture until well incorporated. Fold in the walnuts. Pour batter into a 9-inch silicone cake pan (or 9-inch cake pan that has been greased and floured). Bake for 1 hour.
