# Vantage Contact Center (VCC) provides on-demand, multi-tenanted (hosted), multi-media (voice, e-mail, chat, video), blended (in-bound, out-bound) contact center (support and sales) services for Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs). VCC targets on-demand (only) contact center customers/subscribers as SaaS. (Language: Java,C. IDE: Eclipse)

         # Desktop SIP based VOIP communicator with features like audio/video call and audio conference. Vonair Mobility Clients are based on the SIP protocols that provide both Voice and Video capabilities. Adhering to SIP Standards and supporting all major RFC’s provides compliance with a majority of the SIP PBX / Softswitch platforms. The SIP Open architecture allows Communicator to handle custom SIP messages and events which might be required by certain Manufactures. (Language: Java and C++. IDE: Eclipse and Visual Studio 2003)

        # RFC 3261 compliant SIP engine SDK. Supported features/protocols – SIP, SDP, UDP, TCP, TLS, etc. It uses a third party media engine of EyePMedia for audio/video streaming. (Language: C++. Platform: Microsoft .NET)

        # Communicator Deployment toolkit - This product is used by Service provider to Customize communicator product lines. Service provider can use Deployment Toolkit to bundle and create redistributable Communicator with Default Settings and behaviors as well as do Branding. (Language: Java. IDE: Eclipse)

# IP Junction - The Marteleron Voice Peering (“MVP”) Solution addresses a key element of this routing problem by providing a registry database / routing directory that associates telephone numbers with IP gateway addresses, thereby permitting direct interconnection between IP-networks. This avoids going through PSTN and thus ensures quality as well as saves from cost overhead and regulatory burden.

        # Keybridge IDS - is a modular intrusion detection and security systems framework wherein independently developed software modules may be installed, updated or uninstalled without disturbing the systems normal operation. Each new module is a kind of plug-in, which, when imported to the system will bring in new functionalities, such as, host identification, application profiling or anomaly detection. In this solution, data is represented in a very intuitive fashion with the help of 3D visualizations, which makes it very easy to realize network anomalies.
