Payments can be made by personal checks, money order or credit card via paypal.

Products will be sent only after the payment is received. This may vary from 2 days to 2 weeks.

Taxes are included in the product price.

Cancellations are not accepted once the product has been posted. I encourage that you consider your purchase carefully prior to ordering.

Shipping
General post through Australia Post will be used unless otherwise required. Express post and other services can be requested at extra charge.

Purchases made within Australia can expect products to be delivered within 3 working days. Other locations may vary from 1 to 2 weeks.

Refunds and Exchange
No Refunds or Exchange for a change of mind. Refunds or Exchange may be offered with evidence of faulty craftsmenship. Price of postage and handling will not be included in the refund.
