A group of 8 went to this restaurant on Sat 29^th October and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Well cooked and beautifully presented. We would quite happily revisit this establishment. It's a small place and you are advised to book before turning up unannounced.

Charity Walk

Here we have the presentation of the cheque for £500 from the "4 guys on the hike", namely l to r, Alan, John Dave P and David Hinds to Amita Patel from the Midlands Air Ambulance.

... and a Certificate to go with it!

1. We'll kick this section off with a little 7mile plus 'hike' in Dovedale, on the 29^th June 2011, entitled
 "A trip to Dovedale - or Four Men on a Hike".  

This trip came about as a few of us fancied a longer walk than the usual ramble and we were prepared to travel further afield.  We have talked about it for a while but never got round to doing it for whatever reasons.  Then one day, David Hinds came up with a date and the rest is history so to speak, and documented as per article!

2. Following on from the above walk, we did a 10+ mile hike, again in Dovedale, but this time we did it for charity, the charity being - The Midlands Air Ambulance.  

To date, 21st September, we have collected £500.

If we missed you and you'd like to contribute then we are quite happy to take your contribution!

If you haven't been approached and would like to donate then please contact any of the four guys that did the hike and they will add your name to the list and collect your contribution.
