Tuition for Fall Semester of 2009
The rate is $4.00 per hour for Chinese classes and $6.00 per hour for other classes. Half tuition is available (see attached poverty guideline as reference).
Parents’ Duty
To help your kid(s) do well at Chinese School, parents should:
- Be well informed by checking school e-mails on regular basis;
- Sign in and sign out your kids;
- Sign up at least 2 weeks per student to be on duty during school hours;
- Prepare your kid(s) to do his/her best at school;
- Make sure your kid(s) finish the class assignments;
- Monitor your kid(s) behavior in class closely;
- Volunteer the classroom duty. Duties include but are not limited to: Help younger children go to bathrooms; clean up the room after class; make sure all kids picked up by their parents after class, etc.
- Drop off and pick up your kids on time. All classes are dismissed 10 minutes to the hour.
Registration
The registration desk is open from 1:00 to 4:00 in the 4th floor lobby. Parents are can either register online and submit a signed copy of school policy, or submit a signed copy of the completed registration form at the time of the registration. All tuition are due no later than the 2nd week of the school.
Half tuition is available to families with income below the 2007 poverty guidelines.
