If your Association is not listed, and you would like information of a Retired Teachers' Group in your area, contact your local area NUT, NASUWT,NAHT, or other Union Secretary. Your Local Library usually has datails of most of the over 50s Groups active in your area as do the CVS (Community & Voluntary Sector).
Stockport Retired Teachers:
Meet on the 4th Thursday of the Month, except for December, The Brookdale Club, Bridge Lane, Bramhall STOCKPORT, SK7 3AB 10am.to12pm.
Stockport Retired Teachers can have dual membership with the Tameside Association or attend occasional meetings free of charge.
Tameside Teachers can attend occasional Stockport meetings for a fee of £1.
