Regarding the Gulf Harbour Master Association Special Assessment and Rebate for Tamarind Cay:
In the past few weeks you have received information from the Gulf Harbour Master Association regarding the $3,898/per unit special assessment to fix all lake banks (including Tamarind Cay) in Gulf Harbour. On May 14, 2012, after review and approval from our Tamarind Cay Attorney, the final two documents were signed by all parties.The original settlement agreement was amended and now states that Gulf Harbour shall credit and pay back to each Tamarind Cay unit owner, upon receipt of full payment, an amount totaling $1,527. Tamarind Cay home owners shall receive their refund from the Master Association within thirty (30) days, upon receipt of full payment.
