Classes

Training is continuous, open to all gym members, with a focus on health, fitness, and stress management. Loose fitting clothing and flat soled shoes are recommended. Classes are based primarily on solo forms such as:

  • Dr Paul Lam 6 Posture Form
  • Beijing Standard 24 Form
  • Yang 37 Short Form
  • Tai Chi for Arthritis Form
