From Nov 29th till Sunday the 6th Dec there will be no classes at St Ninian's as that is Panto week.
Also there will be no Sunday class from the 22Nov till after Dan's Seminar at St Albert's on the 5th and 6th.
Sunday the 29th I will be through at Lowport in Linlithgow giving a weapons workshop.
Sunday the 29th in Glasgow Chi Gung day at Partick Burgh Halls.
I will post th Christmass/New year schedule shortly.

November the 22 i will be hosting a weapons workshop at the Lowport Leisure centre in Linlithgow.
time: 12 till 17.00
cost: £20.00 Non Members; £15.00 Members; £10.00 Concessions.

the seminar will be held in St Albert's church. The next church along on Alberts Drive.
times 1-6 both days for general training. 6-7 both days for advanced training.
Avanced training involves such activities as Nei Gung and the training of advanced concepts such as Flying flower Palm.
as he has been recently I would expect Dan to be working from the new book.

A full conditioning session has been arranged for the above date. We will start at 12.00 and fininsh at 18.00
Lunch will be 15.00 till 16.00.
On this day we will cover the full range of conditioning excersises plus some mat work for pushing hands
and we will work on some applications.

this day will be held in Partick Burgh Halls and will begin at 11.00 hrs

The dates for this years show are 13th and 14th November

Lee has booked the Balerno hall we used before for a 2hr pushing hans session.
