I'm currently a student at the University of Hawaii studying for a Bachelor of Science Degree in CS (Computer Science). It took me a while to come to this degree. I started off in Mechanical Engineering, but I didn't really like the field too much. It grabbed my interests but didn't really have a hold on it. After some soul searching and a semester off of school, I finally found something I love, computer science.

I currently have a cumulative GPA of 3.49 and I'm only a year away from graduating! My areas of expertise deals mostly with application design. I started with web design at the age of 12, but since then I've grown to include about a year of solid Java experience and what is probably worth 3 month of C/C++ experience. There's also a dash of SQL programming, basic algorithm knowledge, and assembly language. I'm currently learning C# on my own as well as a myriad of other tools such as AutoIt, MySQL, and Ajax. It's basically a mock social networking page built using Java. There is an embedded Derby database and we used Stripes as a controller.
