This particular module needs quite a few improvements still - see the feature requests below, but has also received some improvements with each release - see recent changes below. There are some exiting features coming in V6 to this module.

Recent Updates to Tasks & Projects

 
There have been lots of changes to Tasks & Projects I will highlight a few here:-
 
  • Duplicate Project with all tasks - Now available in v 5.6
  • Notifications introduced in 5.5
  • Re-occuring Tasks introduced in 5.5
  • New Dashboard Reports
  • New Analyser Reports
  • You can promte or demote tasks in the Gantt Chart

Coming Soon

A new Gantt chart is available in SysAid v6. The new chart displays the grouping of tasks per category.

Known Issues

Change task order in Gantt Chart does not list all available tasks if there is no start or end date SR#126008
