Why does it show XX active Service Requests not assigned - yet when you click on this you may see a different amount ? - This panel shows service requests which are not assigned to a specific administrator, so service requests which are assigned to a group in the admin group field will still show as unassigned requests - http://www.ilient.com/Sysforums/posts/list/2108.page
