 The Green Building Center is a program of People Incorporated of Virginia. Located in Abingdon, Virginia, The Green Building Center is an education and training resource for green building and energy efficiency in southwest Virginia and it's surrounding regional community. The Green Building Center offers a consistent schedule of various trainings and other eduacational opportunities for builders and the public ranging from weatherization trainings for Community Action Agencies to whole building system approach trainings for builders to energy conservation practices and incentives for homeowners.
