Nite Rider cycle set to scare you off your saddle!
15km Charity Ghost Cycle
Some spooktacular sites will be seen on Dublin’s first Nite Rider charity cycling tour taking place Saturday, 26th May. The mystery cycle will saddle up, lead by one of Dublin Bus Ghost Tours master story tellers, and spin around Dublin’s most haunted hotspots in aid of The Soul of Haiti Foundation.
A ticketed event, cyclists are asked to gather at Smithfield Square for an 8pm check-in and register for the event which will set off at 9pm sharp. At 15km the cycle is set to take around three hours and finish in time for a midnight snack and coffee from Java Republic. Prizes are up for grabs for cyclists with the best lit bike on the night, and although it is not compulsory ghoulish attire is advised!
With over a thousand years of history Dublin holds more chilling myths and folklore than most cities. This unique event is ideal for those who believe exploring some of Dublin’s paranormal sites and cycling through un-consecrated graveyards an ideal Saturday night out! A keen history buff will also enjoy this event as cyclists will learn about bloodcurdling buildings and walkways that Dubliner’s walk by everyday.
Tickets for Nite Rider are priced at €30 per person and can be purchased atwww.cycle4haiti.com. All proceeds go directly to The Soul of Haiti Foundation as part of the Annual Cycle4haiti fundraising event. This event is proudly sponsored by Phantom FM and Dublin Bus Ghost Tours.

About Soul of Haiti Foundation
The Soul of Haiti Foundation was born out of a challenge set to the Finalists in the Ernst & Young Irish Entrepreneur of the Year Award (including Michael Dawson, Group CEO at the Gift Voucher Shop) to exercise their strategic expertise to help improve selected communities in Haiti's economic and social circumstances in a practical, sustainable manner.
In June 2007 and 2008, over 70 entrepreneurs and business leaders from Ireland travelled toHaiti and they now have 8 projects in the country. Agricultural business activity forms the nucleus of the initiative but they are also involved in some humanitarian initiatives that can be implemented using their professional business and project management skills.
