Writing Workshop Purpose:
I believe we are all charged with a mission to share what we know in order to help others. It is a way to continue human culture and preserve civilization. I feel blessed to have learned much about writing over the years through study, trial-and-error and the selfless help of others.
As a result, I craft my workshops to help participants achieve their writing goals more quickly. Why should I keep what I've learned to myself? The universe has enough inspiration and ideas to go around for everyone.
That said, my focused purposes are to help workshop participants understand why they want to write, what they want to write and how to write it in ways they may not have considered in the past. |
