Welcome to the City of Carlisle ASCWelcome City of Carlisle ASC is a competitive swimming club with over 200 swimmers. Our training sessions, at The Pools in Carlisle, are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with additional sessions available on Sundays, Mondays and early mornings at the invitation of our coaches. Our club is run by volunteers and enjoys competitive success in a number of leagues for all ages and abilities. We are always looking for new members, of all ages. So, if you can swim a pool length of at least two different strokes and would like to join our club, please get in touch.

The new timetable for Carlisle Aquatics is now available to be seen on our website (http://www.carlisleaquatics.co.uk) we expect to see you on the pools at 18.00 on Tuesday 3 January 2012 to discuss squad set up and training with the new club. Only members from Regional, County 2 and Fitness squads will train that night at 19.00 - 20.30 followed by the Water Polo session at 20.30 - 22.00. We would like the squads to meet in the following areas of the building:
Regional - Balcony area of 25m pool County 1 - 25m pool far side (clock) County 2 - 25m pool near side (changing areas) Fitness - Balcony area of 20m pool Diddy - Shallow end of pool area Masters - Cafe ______________________________________________________________________________________________

Well done to all swimmers who took part in this event, a good weekend swimming with some good pb's and well done to Laura Davison who broke two of Sunderland's 11yr LC age group records in the 100 & 200m Butterfly and also won best 11yr/under girl at the meet.
