I have been teaching elementary music for eleven years. I hold both a Bachelor and Master Degree in Music Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I play the piano and organ and enjoy listening to music. I believe the arts teach us so many things and know that all children can learn through music. I want all of my students to become life-long musicians, whether it is playing an instrument, singing in a choir, attending live concerts, or being a music supporter and consumer. This is my third year at Swift Creek Elementary and I love it here!
