The biggest challenge for INC is to cater to the diverse needs of its students. To that extent, my goal is to conduct multiple events that involve both fun and education.

For example, learning is achieved through nationally recognized events such as VCIC, WIB Conference and various marketing and leadership events.

And, fun is achieved through GBP events such as the Fall Winery Event, Great Gatsby night, Winter Ball etc.

In addition, INC would provide the necessary support after soliciting feedback directly from the student community. As a INC Vice Chair I will voice your needs and enhance networking opportunities.

And, finally, my goal is to build strong relations between student 

community and GBP that will help realize our dream of becoming top ranked B-school.

Strategy: 

• Analyze the best practices from other leading business schools in the valley and  develop new processes that encourage collaboration among networks to host high quality events. 
• Leverage Social Networking tools to seek instant feedback from student community. 
• Provide frequent updates about INC events and GBP plans through newsletters and facebook alerts. 
• Develop a common web platform for all student networks. 
• Help student networks with securing sponsorships.
