Welcome to Sweet Dreams Cakery! We are located in beautiful Rossland, B.C., and operate out of Sweet Dreams Heritage Inn. Sweet Dreams Cakery specializes in custom cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Weddings, Birthdays, Showers, Anniversaries, always made with only the finest of ingredients, specially for your event.
Sweet Dreams Cakery is owned and operated by Rebecca Gilhula. Rebecca started baking cookies for her father's lunches at the age of 7 and hasn't stopped. Rebecca studied Pastry Arts in Vancouver and finished her apprenticeship at the Rimrock Hotel in Banff, Alberta. She is a Certified Red Seal Pastry Chef. Her experience includes working in 4 diamond hotels, 5 diamond restaurants, and favourite local bakeries. Now she is focusing her passion into custom cakes and cookies. Creating edible art that tastes as good as it looks! |
