Vendor/Display Table Guidelines:
Vendor set up 9:00 AM
If an organization or vendor wants to participate, talk about their business or organization, hand out flyers, give free gifts. etc., but not sell anything there is no cost for the table.
If an organization or vendor wants a table to do any or all of the above AND sell items there is a $10.00 charge. Physical tables will be provided for free on a first come first server basis. Shade canopies are OK.
