The Prince And The Pauper

    Mark Twain is the writer of the novel. He was born in Samuel Clemens in Florida on november 30, 1835. He is best known for his funny stories. The Prince and the Pauper is the best proof of his experience and intelligence in writing.

    The novel is about the two boys named Tom Canty and Edward Tudor. Tom Canty was born in very poor family who lived in crowded room. Edward was born in a palace. Both were born in London. One day they met in the palace. Both were speechless as they looked alike. For few minutes fun they exchanged their clothes and than story turned its way.

     Tom started living like a prince in the palace and Edward started living like a pauper. No one was believing them when they told their story. After struggling so much luckily Edward got a friend named Miles. Edward and Miles became good friends. Edward told some secrets to him and so he started believing Edward. By his help Edward reached to the palace.

       The full audience was shocked when they saw both the boys. Edward’s uncle asked him some of the secret questions of the palace. And Edward gave the correct answer but Tom could not answer correct. Than the Tom specified that he was a pauper.

      Thus, the story ends happily. Edward became king of the England and he announced Tom as his ward. Edward’s best friend Miles also got settled very well in England.

      The novel is written by H.G. wells a master of science. The story is about Giffin  the invisible man who became invisible because of his science experiments and his greedy nature.

      Giffin was working in science lab in London. He decided to devote his life for light and its forms. But the scientist and mathematicians would not understand. All his experiments and searches was worthless as no one understood it. In those searches he found that visibility depends on the action of visible bodies. Either a body absolves light on it or reflects it or does all two things. From this research he tried himself to make an invisible man.

       After being invisible he found so many difficulties. He couldn’t eat, he couldn’t sleep and didn’t wear clothes otherwise he would be caught by people. His illusion was destroyed that invisible man can do whatever he wanted to do. Being tired of his troublesome life he went to Dr.Kemp’s house who was his friend.

       After identifying Giffin’s devil plan Dr.Kemp made plan to catch Giffin. Dr.Kemp acted to speak loudly when he was explaining his  plan to police. So Giffin came to know his plan. On the next day Kemp went for walking on the garden at the morning, Giffin started following him. But earlier Kemp informed police so police was also following them. When Giffin tried to attack on the Kemp police came and caught him as there was a revolver in his hand.
