I have a three bedroomed, semi-detached cornish house in Crownhill, Plymouth. Crownhill is around 3 miles from Plymouth city centre. The house backs onto fields and national trust woodlands. The woodlands and fields start at the bottom of my back garden.  There is a playpark on the main field. A 3 minute drive in one direction takes you to the Tamar Bridge over into Cornwall and a 10-15min drive in the other direction takes you onto Dartmoor National Park.

At the bottom of the garden on my side of the street are the fields and wooded area. At the backs of the houses on the other side of the street is a road consisting of private houses.

I have one of the few houses that does not have a driveway, but you can park on the street.

I have a newly installed gas central heating system with a radiator in every room including the bathroom and toilet. The bathroom is downstairs and as you can see by the measurements is  very small. I have a separate toilet  upstairs.

I have lived here for nearly 15 years and my reason for moving is simply that i want to try somewhere new. I want to move to Windsor to be near my son and grandon. Or would also be interested in Weymouth, Dorset and surrounding area. Villages and towns nearby would also be considered.

Some redecorating  needed in a couple of rooms. Have been here for many years but

All houses in Plymouth were recently sold by the council to Plymouth Community Homes housing association. Right to buy remains and rent also remains the same. Starting March 2011 all properties will be given new fitted kitchens, power showers, upvc front doors and windows.
