Subject:  Your Talk at Skagit Unitarian Universalist Fellowship on Sunday, (date)

Dear _________,

Hello, my name is _____ and I will be your Celebrant (worship leader) on Sunday, (date).

First of all, thank you so much for offering to come and speak to us!  We are looking forward very much to hearing what you have to say.

Our service starts at 10:30 and it would be great if you would aim at arriving around 10:00 so I can greet you and help you with anything you might need.

Directions to our building are below.

You can plan to speak for about 20 minutes.  If you would like to have a discussion with the congregation after your presentation, that would be great, but not required.

[for non-UU ministers]:  If you have any musical selections you would like us to include in the service, please let me know right away and we will do our best to accommodate you.

[for UU ministers]:  Please let me know which hymns you would like to use.  We have both hymnals and an excellent pianist, but it is always wise to choose hymns that are on the easy/familiar side.

Our congregation is small but lively and very interested in new ideas.

If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to email or call me.  I can be reached at (phone number).

Looking forward to seeing you on (date)!

Sincerely,
