Team member profiles David Bovis David has been deploying Change to organisations for over 20 years across Europe from shop-floor to Board-Room in various sectors. Following an indentured engineering apprenticeship, David was educated in World Class Manufacturing (Lean) techniques, subsequently leading many change initiatives in regards to strategy, structure and systems. Over the last 10 years, he has studied philosophy, psychology, theology and history and his focus has been on blending the psychological awareness that underpins the Toyota Production System, with the modern 'logical' approach to change. The pragmatic models he has subsequently developed clearly make the link between individual performance, systemic conditions, organisational performance and profits. It is these models that have helped to create PCC and help clients realise sustainable organisational improvement. Previously David has fulfilled various roles to include Lean Enterprise manager in a Blue Chip Defence company and Business Improvement Specialist for multi-national Consulting practices.
