The Project of Hope was first launched in 2002 by LSE HKPASS as a flagship which involves the organization of a one-week volunteering trip to rural China in September each year, with our members teaching English to underprivileged children in a designated local school. The objective of this project is to help children in China to improve their English. Through organising this project, we hope to play a part in helping these children improve their living and education standards. In addition, we hope to faciliate a cultural exchange."Plant the seed of education, Sow a seed of hope" The motto of Project of Hope sums up what this project is all about in two simple phrases.
