Welcome to my page. My name is Sushma. I am a post graduate in Women's Studies from Bangalore University.
Thats right, Bangalore - the most happening city in India. But currently I am residing in
California, USA.

I love watching movies, listening to music, Creative cooking (& eating of course),
Painting, Travelling..... etc. If you like any one or more of these things, then you are
at the right place. Because I not only like these things, but I also share my experiences
with you.

MY PAINTINGS

I am an ameture glass painting artist. I recently developed an interest in Glass Painting & took some classes. Then one day I got an opportunity to take part in the Exhibition cum sale organized by Chitrakala Parishad in my hometown Bangalore. I was overwhelmed by this opportunity & did a lot of new paintings. It is an unforgettable memory that has nested in my memory. Please take a look at my paintings in the below link & enjoy.

My interest didn't end after I left Bangalore. To keep in touch with people with similar interests I joined a Glass Painting community on Orkut. I supported the idea suggested by one of the members of conducting a competition in the community. Then we took the initiative to organize & complete successfully the first Glass painting competition in that community probably first competition ever in the history of Orkut. CREATIVE COOKING

Everybody needs food & everybody eats food. It is the basic necessity for survival. Different people coming from different regions & religions have different varieties of food. Food is one thing that you can be most creative with. You can mix n mach ingredients from different cusines & create your own dishes. And guess what.... I love doing that. Can you believe that once I had made Pizza from leftover Naan - Indian Bread, Chats from puffed wheat & Shredded wheat!!!!! Oh.... thats not all!!! Keep checking this page & I will let you know whole lot of new dishes which you will definitely love..... slurp... slurp.......

You can see the Indian style Veg puff, Egg curry. Now comes the special dishes - Heart shaped Pizza & Hot n Spicy Nachos. As I said earlier you can be as creative as you want with food. Well on Valentine's Day I had prepared this Heart shaped pizza for my sweetheart. I have made some more heart shaped food specially for Valentine's Day! TRAVELING

Traveling around the world is one of my interests. Earth is such a wonderful place to live. You'll realize it only when you start visiting different places. Each place has a distinct beauty, culture, religion, culinary art, advantages & disadvantages. And all these are reflected in the people living there. It feels great when you see that mother nature provides us the beach, the trees, the falls, fresh breeze, the forest, the desert. Each one having its own unique beauty. I have visited some of the places in India like Goa, Kerala, Mysore, Belur, Halebidu, Bijapur etc & USA like New York, California, Las Vegas, Los Angeles. Some of my favorite places in California are 17 Mile Drive, Bigsur & of course If you just want to chill out for a day you must visit Great Mall. It is one of the cool places to hangout with friends & family.
