My approach to energy work is eclectic, colored by all the bits and pieces of information and training acquired over my lifetime.  In a typical energy healing session I will chat with you for a few minutes before beginning.  We discuss what your goal for the session is.  You may need pain relief, or to find and release a life issue that’s holding you back, or perhaps you need to revitalize your energy.  I will suggest a course of action and, if you agree, we work together to reach your goal.

 

I specialize in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Meridian Tapping, and also sometimes use Reiki or Shamanic Reiki, guided meditation, 

TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique), tuning forks, essential oils, hypnotherapy and many other energy related techniques during a session.

 

In person or telephone consultation healing sessions are 1 hour.

 

My consultation rate is $30 per minimum 1 hour session, pro-rated for time over the hour.  For those in need, I will consider providing services on a sliding scale based on the situation.


Services are provided by appointment only at my office in Little Falls or by telephone.
