How they work... Elluminate is a virtual classroom that allows students to connect with teachers via the internet. During the scheduled elluminate tutorial times, Surrey Connect learning support teachers are standing by ready to help you with your courses.
What do you need to do...Start by configuring your computer by going to the configuration room on the LearnNowBC website.Once you have configured your computer, a 5 minute Participant Tutorial should be taken if you are a first time user.
Come prepared...This means that you will have questions about the course material. Perhaps you will have a rough draft that you require some assistance editing or you will have specific questions from a Math assignment that you need more support to complete. Have your WebCT course open and have your textbook and binder nearby.When you are ready you may join the tutorial session during any scheduled time.
