The goal is to promote best practices for patient care and effective trip organization considering cultural variables and resource management. Conference Description: The conference will include opportunities to network with local and national teams and organizations that do surgical trips. Large group presentations in the morning will provide information on issues of interest to all team members. Smaller focus sessions in the afternoon will be devoted topics of interest to specific disciplines as well as several cross-disciplinary topics.Conference Date: Saturday, February 9, 2008 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
